Competition rules

  • Due to a very hectic schedule the Lindt master chocolatier is only available on a choice of two weekend dates (DATES TBC); the winner will forgo this part of the prize if unavailable to travel during these dates. The rest of the prize is remains valid.
  • The promoter is Lindt & Sprüngli (U.K.) Limited.
  • There is one main winner.
  • The prize includes return flights for two people to Zurich including air taxes and fuel surcharges. Two nights stay at the Eden au Lac Hotel, Zurich (based on two people sharing a double/twin room) including breakfast (additional meals and drinks will be at the winner’s own cost). A year’s supply of Lindt Creation chocolate (52 bars, 13 bars of each flavour). Winners are responsible for their own visas, passports and for meeting entry requirements and for transport to and from London airport.
  • The closing time and date is 11.59pm on 31 October 2012. Entries received after that date will not be considered. Entries cannot be returned.
  • Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry.
  • You can enter only if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), minimum age for entrants and all travellers is 18 years. Employees of Immediate Media Company and Lindt & Sprüngli (U.K.) Limited, their families or any agencies or person connected with the promotion may not enter.
  • By entering this promotion, participants agree: (a) to be bound by these T&Cs; (b) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize; (c) that should they win, their name and likeness may be used by olive magazine for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
  • Entrants must supply to their full name, postal address and daytime phone number.
  • Bulk and/or third-party entries will not be permitted and persons who make such entries will be excluded from future promotions.
  • The winning entrants will be the first drawn at random from pooled web and postal entries.
  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
  • Our decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
  • The winner will be notified within 28 days of the close of the promotion by post. The name and county of residence of the winner can be obtained by sending an SAE to: Winner's List, PO Box 501, Leicester LE94 0AA within two months of the closing date. Please specify which competition and month you are requesting.
  • We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control. 16. If the winner is uncontactable within two calendar months of the closing date, the prize will be offered to a runner-up, or re-offered in any future olive magazine promotion.
  • We exclude liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of a prize.
