The winner and guest will take part in The Complete Kitchen course: five days of intensive training including knife skills, sauces, pastry, fish and seafood, and entertaining menus, all taught by Richard Bertinet. The prize includes five nights at the luxurious Queensberry Hotel, to relax in style after a busy day in the kitchen. Located in the centre of historic Bath, The Bertinet Kitchen offers a range of relaxed, fun courses for food lovers of all abilities, and specialist baking courses for both amateurs and professionals.

Once home, the winner will receive their own Kenwood Cooking Chef (rrp £999.99).
