Win a foodie break in Wales, worth £600

Collier's Powerful Welsh Cheddar are giving one lucky reader the chance to win a gourmet weekend for two at Matt Tebbutt's The Foxhunter, near Abergavenny. The winner and a guest will be treated to a two-night stay in a luxury self-contained cottage, as well as dinner and a bottle of house wine at The Foxhunter.

TV chef Matt loves Welsh food and, when it comes to cheese, he insists on using Collier's Powerful Welsh Cheddar in some of the tempting dishes on the menu at his award-winning restaurant.

Collier's is officially the Best Extra Mature Cheddar in the UK - as awarded at last year's International Cheese Awards. The recipe is a closely guarded secret, and the cheese is matured for up to 20 months, being regularly and carefully graded throughout its development, until it attains a unique taste and texture.
