Vibrant, smoky and packed full of spicy flavours, chorizo must leave regular sausages with a bit of an image complex. If you go for the cured variety you don't have to sizzle a chorizo sausage before tucking in. But if you do manage to resist devouring the lot at the kitchen counter, we have some beautiful recipes that will warm up the chilliest of autumn nights.
Think two steps ahead of the standard breakfast fare with a hearty Spanish-style brunch, and you should be able to face up to the harshest of morning frosts. One word of warning though, once you've tried these tea and toast will never taste the same again.
Entertaining? Whip up a Spanish-style tapas feast and let friends help themselves. Vodka flames chorizo should get the party started while pretty Prawn & chorizo skewers will fly off the table - just don't forget a few jugs of sangria.

When it comes to colder evenings a bowl of salad simply no longer cuts it. But fear not, we've got plenty of satisfying, flavour-packed dishes that won't leave you feeling hungry. Soothe away the hardest of days with a wholesome soup and everything will feel ok again. Potage Dubarry with crisp chorizo and creamy cauliflower is smart enough to serve to friends, or kick back with a chickpea soup with shredded greens & chorizo for a healthy but comforting sofa supper.
