Open QuoteI remember as a child eating my grandma's flatbread in Hull. My parents remember flatbreads as children in Hull too. It was a bread bap but very flat and quite 'airy' inside. I've tried to replicate them but don't seem to be able to get the consistency. Any suggestions about the ratio of ingredients would be great.

Open QuoteI'd love to see a recipe for the stotty bread that is popular in all northern cities! It's flat but fairly thick, a bit like a deep pan pizza base, and tastes lovely!
