Mixed wine case
This mixed case contains all you need for the festive season. The reds are represented by the full-blooded Dinastia Manzanos Rioja, the Shot in the Dark Cabernet Shiraz from Australia and a Rhône red rippling with sunny, southern French character – ripe, spicy summer berry fruit fragrant with windswept, wild herbs. For the whites, there’s the fresh New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc Split Rock with zingy gooseberry, green pepper and tropical fruit freshness. Plus a rich, creamy Chenin from South Africa, and finally the very definition of easy drinkability, Campanula Pinot Grigio – it will have guests coming back for another glass.
White wine case
The theme of your white case is dazzling freshness. First we have two zippy Sauvignon Blancs, one from New Zealand with gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours, and the other from Bordeaux with elegant aromas of cut grass and clean, crisp citrus fruit. From Hungary, a honeyed Pinot Grigio with notes of cut green apple and juicy pear. Then South Africa’s flagship white wine grape, Chenin Blanc, followed by Argentina’s speciality, Torrontes – delicate, floral aromas, with lovely apricot fruit. And to finish, another South African, Lobster Shack, which takes peachy Chardonnay and marries it with rich, fruity Viognier – full-bodied but refreshing too.
Red wine case
Here’s a case of rich, ripe, warming flavours – ideal for when the nights draw in. Including a smoothly satisfying strawberry-rich Rioja, from Spain’s No 1 red wine region, and a classic Cabernet from ancient vineyards in Moldova with deep blackcurrant fruit flavours. You’ll also enjoy a top Malbec from Argentina – the must-have red of the moment – a claret-like red from sunny South Africa and a powerfully rich Aussie star that combines Cabernet with brambly Shiraz. And finally a delicious Côtes de Rhône from a family who have supplied reds to the Pope.
